South Island Tour for all Inbound Students begins approx 29 November and returns 14 days later.

Police Vetting Authority Form - Will, or may be hosting overnight
If you are to host a student overnight or will be a member of the household and over the age of 18 where the student will be hosted overnight, you need to download and complete this form. If you are to be a Mentor to a student you should use this vetting form.

If you need to complete a Vetting Authority as part of the Rotary International Certification procedure, please print the Police Vetting Form attached. This is typically all members of a Rotary Club and others who may interact with a student but not be likely to host overnight.
